Center for Orthopaedic Specialists is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. Our physicians are on call to handle any late night or weekend problems.
Appointments: Please contact our offices to schedule an appointment. We can usually accommodate emergencies on a same day basis, and routine appointments within a few days. Patient Information Form Health Questioner
Billing & Insurance: Center for Orthopaedic Specialists participates in most major insurance plans. Please feel free to contact our billing department to find out if your insurance plan is one of them. Please bring a valid insurance card to the office. Payment for services rendered is the responsibility of thepatient regardless of insurance arrangements. Co-pays are due at time of service.There is a nominal fee for the completion of disability insurance forms.
