Jodi-Ann Hudson-Williams, PA-C

Meet Jodi-Ann Hudson-Williams. Having previously worked in both pharmaceuticals and optometry, Jodi says her proudest achievement is becoming a physician assistant. “I enjoy seeing the progression of recovery for patients after they’ve had surgery; it’s the best part to see pain subside,” she shares.

When it comes to treating patients, she says, “I try to be as calm and gentle as possible and listen to the patient.” The patients she treats would say she is “patient.” Having recently joined this practice, Jodi is enjoying being part of the team. “I love being part of a wonderful, growing practice and working with my supervising physician, Dr. Bhagia,” she notes.

In her time outside the office, Jodi enjoys playing tennis and going to the beach. She has also done volunteer work for the ING Marathon as postrace support in Miami, FL, the Young Knights Health Fair and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Raised in Jamaica, Jodi moved to Florida for her undergraduate and physician assistant education. Jodi earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL, and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant from Keiser University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
